As the coordinator for a think tank which happens to operate online, I am constantly speaking to innovators, inventors, and artistic geniuses about their ideas and latest new concepts. Now then, I will admit many of these concepts are absolutely ridiculous, and completely laughable, but others do make plenty of sense, and many of them might even change the way you live. Often they solve the issue within our society or civilization, or they make a company more effective, or make our way of life little easier.
They claim that; “necessity is definitely the mother of invention,” and then there may well be a good amount of truth for that, a minimum of from my own observations and experiences. And every time we seem to have a difficulty, someone comes along with a solution, as well as an invention or innovation to travel in addition to it. However, before they are able to take their invention to the marketplace, they need to go and acquire Inventhelp Inventions. It’s amazing just how much it costs to obtain a genuine patent filed, to do the patent search, to fill out all of the paperwork, and then you must wait.
We hear a lot inside our society about “winning the long run” as well as that generally seems to strike a chord with America, we have been saying yes, we would like to progress mankind, we want our nation to be on the leading edge as we enter the future, so we want our innovators, entrepreneurs, and inventors to go out there and complete the work. Yes, that’s a noble calling, and that i believe that Americans are able to answer that call. But it’s just ludicrous, and insane for all of us to make them jump through a lot of hoops, and to come up with thousands of dollars to file a patent, those funds may be used designing their first prototype inside their garage.
It seems like our society is busy crushing small enterprise entrepreneur, and taking part in crony capitalism for free political war chest credits through large corporate lobbyists. Our company is doing everything in the world to crush the small guy, and after that we have been asking that middle class, those producers to pay for more in taxes. Have you been kidding me? Apparently not! We are triggered think that that’s the best way to move our nation forward. I might say to you America – that it’s not.
Last month I read an extremely interesting article inside the LA times, inside the small enterprise section on July 11, 2011. This article was titled; “Patent Bill Creates Worry for Independent Inventors – US Legislation Would Modify the System to Paper Those First to submit Ideas,” by Cynthia’s Zwhalen. The content noted the average patent took 33.9 months to accomplish, and that the Make My Invention Prototype and Trademark Office features a backlog as of May 2011 of 703,000, 175.
Those statistics are usually scary, even more scary than the cost to submit a concept patent, once you get completed with the drawings, the patent search, the patent attorneys, and also the filing fees – basically, you’re easily checking out between 15,000 to 25,000 dollars. Without having a patent someone will just rip you off, steal your idea, and mass produce it in China and then market it worldwide. It doesn’t seem sensible to participate in a game that is rigged.
Worse, there exists a terrible problem with intellectual property being stolen from Americans. And if our company is to win the near future, we must protect ourselves, so we need some tea, and a little help from the government to visit available and assist us. Once you file a patent, it doesn’t mean anything, you still need to defend yourself, and hire lawyers to travel after anyone that attempts to rip it away, which costs a lot more than filing a patent.
In addition to the truth that in case a Corporation has somehow violated Tech, they could run you of cash, since they have in-house lawyers, until you finally have to stop. That simply adds insult to injury to the nearly three years it took to obtain your patent, and all the price you’ve already create front. The world needs these inventions and innovations now, not simply for alternative energy, new transportation devices, and products and services which can be safer for your environment, but we need that tznwus businesses could get started, and begin hiring Americans, and get people back to work.
The government says it’s working on the problem, and maybe it thinks it really is, however when I reminisce and scan the last decade, all I see are the issues that they’ve designed with a massive bureaucracy which includes gotten us to this particular point, rather than put us inside the driver’s seat, in the first place. I would personally submit to you that everything many of these gentlemen are doing to fix the problem, isn’t working, so we could have been more satisfied without the of it, we need to have saved the cash. Please consider all of this and think into it.
